It might have seemed controversial to open a museum chronicling John F. Kennedy’s life, death, and legacy in the building from which he was assassinated, but this bold museum is a strong statement of admiration and respect for the former president. Located in the infamous Texas School Book Depository, the museum’s collection includes artefacts, films, and photographs.

Art Deco fans will delight at Dallas’ selection of 1930s buildings clustered in Fair Park while downtown Dallas is a feast of skyscrapers and historic sites.
