For an enthralling spell in the midst of the majestic Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge has got it all. A thriving resort city, it’s crammed with fun things to fill up your vacation, whether you're venturing out into the wild or getting stuck into fast-paced joys of Dollywood. Whether you’re away with friends or family, this alluring mountain getaway will put the great American outdoors at your disposal.Titanic Museum

Pigeon Forge’s Titanic Museum provides an extraordinary interactive experience of one of man’s greatest seafaring disasters. An entrancing adventure for the whole family, the museum – which is actually shaped like the Titanic – takes you on a journey back in time to the opulence of the ill-fated liner. There are more than 400 artifacts to browse and learn about, plus an evocative recreation of the ship’s Grand Staircase to tread. You can also test out a realistic ship steering simulation, learn how to send SOS signals, and feel for yourself the sharp bite of 28-degree water.

Country Tonite Theatre

The Country Tonite Theatre offers the absolute best in everything from loud and invigorating entertainment to smooth and soulful music. Found just off Showplace Boulevard, not far from the Hollywood Waxwork Museum, the theatre boasts a program of singing, dancing, comedy, and patriotism – just about everything you could want in an evening out. It’s high-tempo, feel-good stuff that will stay with you for weeks afterwards. The theatre plays host to visiting celebrity musicians throughout the year.

Dollywood’s Splash Country

There can be little better on a busy, action-packed vacation in the sun than cooling down without having to slow down: cue Dollywood’s Splash Country. Widely considered to be one of the best water parks in the whole of the US, this wet and wild wonderland is just the ticket for anyone partial to a quick splash. As well as surging down near vertical slides with gallons of gushing water in tow, you can dip in and out of a choice of pools. Of course, you don’t have to throw yourself into the excitement of the amusements. There’s nothing at all wrong with kicking back and taking it easy on a comfortable lounger in the shade.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a sprawling mass of stunning wilderness less than half an hour’s drive south of Pigeon Forge. It’s rich with traces of Southern Appalachian mountain culture, and the area is known for a vast diversity of plant and animal life that guarantees an engrossing day out. You can hike, fish, camp, and cycle, taking in the emerald green woodland and cascading, snow-white waterfalls. Historic cabins and mills are also there to be discovered under the immense sky.
