What To Expect
Skydiving can be very dangerous but also very fun. Prepare for exposure to the sun and don’t scuba dive 24 hours before the event. Sport shoes are recommended; t-shirts and shorts are acceptable. Jumpers must be over the age of 18 and equal to or under 240 pounds (or gain specific permission from Skydive Hawaii to work around that parameter), and should be prepared to make the jump with a skydive instructor.
Hours of Operation
Skydive Hawaii, Oahu operates nearly the entire day, and its shuttles operate roughly between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Admission Cost
The price for a tandem skydive is $225 (or discounted to $150 if reservations are made online). For tandem groups the price is even better: $140 each for groups that consist of 4-9 people, and $135 if there are 10 or more. Alternatively, there is a packaged deal of $1,400 for 8 freefall lessons. Reservations are recommended.
How To Get There
From Waikiki, take the H-1 West, then H-2 North toward (Mililani and Wahiawa). H-2 will end, but keep going straight. After four stop lights, there is a bridge crossing and then fork in the road. Go left toward Waialua on Route 803 – Kaukonahua Road. Continue on until you reach a yellow light, and go onto Route 930 – Farrington Highway. There will be a traffic circle after 1/2 mile. Here, go under the bridge towards Mokuleia. Drive on roughly four miles until arriving at the Dillingham Airfield, from where the Skydive Hawaii building is visible. Park on the corner.
