Dole Plantation – Possibly one of the most dramatic parts of getting to the North Shore is the drive there. Miles and miles of pineapple fields stretch throughout the land; Dole Plantation is the reason behind many of these pineapples. At Dole Plantation children can enjoy the enormous maze, you can taste the sweet, homemade pineapple ice cream, and pick your own pineapple. It is illegal to pick pineapples in Hawaii, but at the plantation anyone can choose their own straight from the ground.
Shark Tours – Take a ride three miles off the North Shore of Oahu and experience sharks face to face. The two hour cage tours run from 7am until 3 pm daily. It is also possible to see dolphins, whales, and sea turtles on this tour. This is a thrilling adventure that is not offered anywhere else in Hawaii and is sure to please any thrill seeker!
