Though it really is a hub for nighttime activities, Encore Las Vegas still offers plenty of things to do. Though some activities at the resort are exclusive to those staying at Encore or Wynn, outside visitors are welcome to take advantage of many of these as well.
Encore Beach Club
One of Encore’s most popular attractions Encore Beach Club, which is marketed as a day club of sorts. It is essentially a nightclub in the sun. This 60,000-square-foot venue has three tiered pools, palm trees, chaise lounges and day beds. Private cabanas are available for rent. A gaming pavilion poolside means that guests don’t even have to wander inside to try their luck at a game of blackjack. Open seasonally Friday through Monday.
Guest Pool
In addition to Encore Beach Club, the resort also has a pool reserved exclusively for guests. This pool is open year-round (with shortened hours in the winter) and offers towel service to guests. The entrance to the pool is located near the lobby across from the swimwear shop.
The Spa at Encore Las Vegas
Encore’s spa is 61,000 square feet and includes 37 lavish treatment rooms, 14 garden suites and four couples’ suites available for massage, body treatments and facials. There are also showers, steam rooms, saunas and hot and cold plunges.
The spa offers a full menu of treatments that emphasize full-body wellness and beauty. Some treatments are specifically designed for men or women, but all of them offer some sort of restoration and rejuvenation for the body. Guests will find classic massages and facials on the menu, but there are also a variety of specialty treatments as well, including transforming rituals (which combine several treatments in one) and a selection of organic options. Treatments begin at about $100.00 for an express massage.
Anybody can take advantage of the spa services at Encore with an appointment made in advance.
The Fitness Center at Encore Las Vegas
The fitness center at Encore Las Vegas, located within the spa, offers two studios where guests can attend yoga, pilates, conditioning and meditation classes. The gym is equipped with cardio and strength training equipment. Trainers are available upon request.
The Salon at Encore Las Vegas
Encore’s salon has 14 styling stations and several stylists, colorists and manicurists on staff to transform your old ‘do into something new. It offers several services from simple haircuts and coloring to bridal design. High-end products are a given at the salon, and no service is ever rushed. Appointments are required.
The shopping options at Encore are relatively limited, though there are about a dozen boutiques in the Esplanade. Don’t expect to find mainstream shops in this area. Rather, high end clothing, shoes and accessories as well as home goods, spa products and jewelry are available for purchase. The Wynn also has a few shops if you’d like to expand your shopping options.
Guests at both Encore and Wynn can take advantage of the 18-hole golf course at Wynn Las Vegas, which is built to USGA specifications. Tucked behind the resort, the par-70 course is 7,042 yards in length. Amenities include a traditional clubhouse, lounge, pro shop and practice facility as well as full-service locker rooms and caddy service. Despite being built in the middle of the desert, the course has water accents on most holes, including a 37-foot waterfall on the 18th hole.
Tee time reservations for guests can be made 90 days in advance. Non-hotel guests can make reservations 30 days in advance. Collared shirts are required. Expect to pay $300+ for a round of golf at Wynn Las Vegas.
