Whether you want a hearty breakfast, quick lunch or sumptuous dinner, the restaurants and cafes at Encore Las Vegas (might) offer what you’re looking for. Many of Encore’s restaurants are only open for dinner, so if you can’t find the right meal at the right time of day, head over to Wynn Las Vegas, which is only a short walk away.
Sinatra – Italian
Sinatra features a modern take on classic Italian cuisine and highlights the chef’s seasonal approach to Italy’s signature dishes. Spacious yet small, this restaurant offers outdoor patio dining as well. Menu entrees start at $30-$50 each. Take advantage of a pre-show dinner special for $59 per person. Open nightly for dinner from 5:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Dress is business casual. Reservations are recommended.
Switch Steak – Steakhouse
Stop by Switch Steak for French-inspired seafood and steak. Not only is the food delicious, but the restaurant’s atmosphere undergoes a variety of changes throughout a single meal as well. Dining is available indoors and on the poolside patio. Located off of the casino floor near the entrance for Encore Beach Club, Switch Steak is open Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Dress is business casual, and reservations are recommended.
Botero – Modern Cuisine
Awarded with a AAA Four Diamond Award in 2011, Botero is a poolside restaurant seeped in a hip vibe. The menu offers contemporary classics including steaks and sandwiches, and the view looks out across the pool. Open only for dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m.-10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Dress is business casual, and reservations are recommended.
Society Café Encore – American
Named one of the “Best New Restaurants in America 2009” by Esquire magazine, Society Café Encore continues to please guests and earn kudos for its menu options. This is one of the restaurants at Encore that is open for more than just dinner, and you’ll find a range of standard dishes with a chef’s special touch including buttermilk pancakes, turkey burgers and shrimp cocktail. Expect higher quality food than what you would find at your average burger joint, and prices are relatively affordable compared to some of the resort’s other dining establishments. Entrees run $15-$40. The chef’s dinner menu is $41 per person. Society Café Encore is open Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-1:00 a.m. A late night munchies menu is available Friday and Saturday from 11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. Dress is resort casual.
Wazuzu – Asian
Wazuzu offers a diverse menu (with a variety of sushi, sake and noodle dishes) of Pan-Asian cuisine. Enjoy tastes from across the continent including Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Singaporean and Thai cuisines just steps off of the casino floor. Open Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m.-10:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 a.m. Dress is business casual, and reservations are recommended.
Lobby Bar and Café
Encore’s Lobby Bar and Café is located near the resort’s lobby and is a great place to grab a cocktail, quick snack or pastry before heading out to the pool or explore the Strip. Because it is just off of the casino floor, it’s also a convenient place to take a quick snack break between poker hands. Open Tuesday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m.-3:00 a.m. and Friday through Monday from 6:00 a.m.-4:00 a.m.
