Despite its small size compared to other hotels on the Strip, there is no shortage of choices when it comes to deciding what to eat at The Cosmopolitan. Looking for standard American fare with a flair? How about a fine cut of beef? Sushi? Chinese? Mexican? Italian? You’ll find it all at The Cosmopolitan.
If you’re looking for a place to eat but don’t know where to start, head to the third floor (known as the P3 Commons), which is where the bulk of the resort’s dining establishments are located. You’re invited to choose from a selection of options, which is made easy because they all reside around a large, comfortable sitting area. If one doesn’t pique your interest, just move on to the next.
Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill
Offering an extensive selection of sushi and sashimi, Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill is created by two brothers with a culinary gusto. The dining area is split into several spaces, allowing visitors to enjoy intimate dining or more action.
If you are interested, guests are treated to front-row seating, where they can watch chefs prepare sushi and sashimi off of the menu, which is divided by Atlantic and Pacific. You’re guaranteed fresh fish here: Pacific selections are flown in from Japan on a daily basis.
If sushi and sashimi aren’t your thing, dig into the menu for bistro favorites, American comfort foods, chops and fillets. The drink menu offers nearly 40 sakes as well as signature cocktails.

China Poblano
A mix of street foods from China and Mexico, China Poblano satiates the urge for both noodles and tacos. Not a fustion per se, but rather the option to order both, this restaurant is a great choice for those who don’t know what, exactly, they’d like to eat. Highlighted with hip decor, the windows of China Poblano look like takeout windows, one labeled “Noodles” and the other “Tacos.”
And that’s what you’ll find here. Though you’ll find a colorful drink menu with cocktails, tequilas and teas, entree options appeal to those who love the classics. Chinese noodles, dumplings and soups are served alongside tacos, guacamole and cerviches. Enjoy your food at long, family-style dining tables or take your food to go.
The average check at China Poblano is $23.00 for lunch and $27.00 for dinner. Open Sunday through Thursday 11:30 a.m.-1:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday 11:30 a.m.-2:00 a.m. The take-out window is open 11:30 a.m.-1:00 a.m.
Comme Ça
Comme Ça is described as “chic boutique.” An upbeat and modern French brasserie serving lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers terrace seating with stunning views of Las Vegas Boulevard. Reminiscent of 1920s Paris, the walls are covered in chalk art and subtle accents provide an A-list-esque type of vibe.
The menu at Comme Ça includes hearty French favorites including tableside-carved steaks, artisan cheese and charcuterie with house-made pickles. A raw bar, which serves up a variety of shellfish, is available throughout the day. Drink offerings include a 300-bottle wine list from France and the United States as well as several retro cocktails made with seasonal herbs, fruits and spices.
The average lunch check is $40.00 and the average dinner check is $85.00. A three-course prix fixe menu is available for $28.00. Opening daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Dinner is served from 5:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m.-midnight Friday and Saturday. D.O.C.G.
Enjoy a relaxing meal with soulful Italian cooking at D.O.C.G., an enoteca experience from Chef Scott Conant.The restaurant is rustic, with exposed brick and reclaimed wood. Think fresh espresso and warm, friendly gatherings.
Easily appreciated any time of day, this restaurant offers a light and casual take on food and wine. Part espresso bar and part enoteca, guests can enjoy full meals or small bites including comfort dishes such as bruschette, panini, pizzas and baked pasta dishes as well as Italian pastries. More than 500 regional Italian wines are available on the drink menu.
The average check is $55.00. Open Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m.-midnight. The bar is open 4:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m.
Estiatorio Milos
Slink away to Greece with the Mediterranean fare served in Estiatorio Milos. Considered one of the world’s finest Greek restaurants, Milos is outfitted with white oak and stucco with a white marble bar and artwork dating from 2000 BC. An outdoor terrace offers sweeping views of the Strip.
Milos serves dishes made from fresh fish imported daily from the Mediterranean. A commitment to green market practices dictates that all fish are line-caught by hand-selected fishermen. Butter is made from the cream of organically raised goats and honeys are made from natural sweeteners. Top off your meal with one of 300 bottles of wine from Greece.

Jaleo
Las Vegas has become a hot spot for tapas in recent years, and Jaleo is one of the newest to fit the niche. The restaurant is new to the scene in Sin City, but it has long been one of the most popular dining establishments in Washington, D.C. Its focus is on tapas and paellas, both classical and contemporary. Visitors are invited to enjoy the large, open dining space inspired by Spanish food and craft rituals.
The menu features a modern interpretation of traditional dishes, many of which would be unfamiliar to the average diner (which is not to say they aren’t worth trying). Signature dishes, for example, include gambas al ajillo and tortilla de erizo. The cocktail menu includes Jaleo’s signature sangria, and the wine list includes a selection of wines from North America, South America and Europe.

Scarpetta
For those interested in a more intimate Italian dining experience, Scarpetta offers a modern but rustic feel with exposed timber beams, walnut bar stools, while marble and walnut leather dining chairs.
Though grounded in Italian tradition, Scarpetta serves up modern interpretations of old favorites with farm-fresh ingredients. Dig into seasonal antipasti, handcrafted pizzas and house-made pastas. Complement your meal from a selection of hundreds of Italian wines.

STK
Billed as “not your father’s steakhouse,” this restaurant offers a flirty, seductive gathering place where atmosphere is first and food is second (though it certainly shouldn’t be overlooked). Leather furnishings, clean lines and a purple-and-cream palette provide the backdrop for a steakhouse that has proven to be both stylish and popular with celebrities in New York, Miami and Los Angeles.
The menu at STK features cuts of beef in small, medium and large sizes as well as seafood and vegetarian options. Chic cocktails beckon patrons to stay and enjoy the vibe.
The average check is $110.00 ($30.00-$55.00 before alcohol). Open Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 p.m.-midnight, Thursday from 5:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m.-2:00 a.m.
Located throughout the rest of The Cosmopolitan are other, lower-key dining establishments. Step off the casino floor or pop in after shopping for a bite at one of these places.
The Henry
Located right off of the casino floor on the east end of the building, The Henry offers 24-hour dining and contemporary American classics. Regardless of when the urge hits, guests will find favorites such as chicken pot pie and banana splits. Not to be outdone by the more upscale dining options on the property, though, The Henry also offers a full menu of classic cocktails.
Holsteins
Yet another Las Vegas burger bar, Holsteins features specialty burgers, house-made sausage, innovative takes on traditional American snacks and appetizers, milkshakes and artisan beers. Located on the second floor, the diner has an emphasis on fresh, natural and organic ingredients, and all items, including toppings, buns and condiments, are custom made in-house.
The average lunch check is $25.00, and the average dinner check is $35.00. Open Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m.-midnight and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 a.m.
Overlook Grill
Located on the fourth floor on the pool deck, Overlook Grill serves casual, light fare. The drink menu includes strong coffee, light mimosas and bloody marys. Enjoy indoor or outdoor seating.
Pizzeria
Hidden among the finer dining establishments on the third floor, Pizzeria is tucked down a long corridor that is lined with vintage Italian record album covers. At the end of the hall, visitors will find a pizza counter and kitchen serving up slices and full pies late into the night.
Va Bene Caffe
The Cosmopolitan’s house coffee shop is Va Bene Caffe, a casual but modern affair featuring fresh salads, panini and Italian-style coffee drinks.
Wicked Spoon Buffet
It wouldn’t be a Las Vegas resort without a signature buffet. At The Cosmopolitan, the buffet is known as Wicked Spoon Buffet. Guests will find a multi-ethnic selection of familiar dishes to satisfy cravings.
