Everything is Las Vegas is big and over-the-top: The shows, the food, the nightlife and the atmosphere. And, of course, we can’t forget the hotels in Las Vegas either. Every new one that goes up is somehow better than the last. Maybe it’s got more rooms or is more luxurious or features a new, creative theme.
Choose a resort, any resort in Las Vegas, and chances are there is a selection of suites in which to stay … each one, of course, bigger and better than the next one. But if you’re looking for the cream of the crop—truly the most impressive rooms in all of Las Vegas—then consider booking one of these over-the-top suites. You might need a little extra cash to pay the bill, but this is Vegas … why not splurge?
Palms Casino Resort – Starting at $40,000 per night
With approximately 10,000-square-feet of space, guests have plenty of room to spread out in the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa. Located on the top floor of the Fantasy Tower at Palms Casino Resort, this is where Kanye West kicked back at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards with Common, Soulja Boy and T-Pain. Guests who stay here have their own outdoor Playboy jacuzzi pool and an outdoor terrace, both of which offer awesome views of the Strip. Inside, find all the latest in technology, a full bar, a poker table, an extra-large show tub and a round rotating bed.
MGM Grand – Starting at $2,000 per night
Tucked away on the top two floors of MGM Grand, the Skylofts are the ultimate in laid back luxury. From the moment guests check in to the time they check out, a personal, 24-hour butler sees to every detail. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic views of the Las Vegas Strip, and steam rooms and spa tubs with a “champagne bubbles” massage feature make it easy to melt away into complete bliss. Guests who manage to tear themselves away from these luxurious suites will be treated to preferred seating at MGM Grand’s finest restaurants and shows.
Caesars Palace – Call 800.383.0739 for pricing and reservations
Inspired by six flavors of vodka, this 1,380-foot suite at Caesars Palace has a taste all its own. Features of the Absolut Find Your Flavor Suite include a dance floor, bi-level lounge and a media lounge … not to mention stellar views of the Strip via 20-foot windows. The highlight of the suite, though, are the six rooms, each decorated with a specific flavor of Absolut Vodka in mind. The question is not whether you’re ready to check in for the night but if you’d prefer the golden hues of Absolut Mandarin, the sunny shades of Absolut Citron or the chilled out vibe of Absolut Vanilla.
Bellagio – Call 888.987.6667 for pricing and reservations
Guests have to walk across a suspended walkway to reach Bellagio’s finest suite. There’s no need to lift a finger when you stay here: 24-hour butler attention ensures that guests have everything they need to relax in comfort.
Vdara – Starting at about $800 per night
Compared to some of the suites at other resorts in Las Vegas, the granddaddy of room choices at Vdara almost seems tame, but don’t write it off. Complete with in-suite workout facilities, a massage room, a dry sauna, a private hair salon and a full bar stocked with the guests’ favorite beverages, there will hardly be a need to leave. Anything guests might desire can be remedied with the help of 24-hour butler service.
Palms Casino Resort – Prices vary
If the Hugh Hefner Skyloft is out of your price range, consider splurging on one of the other Fantasy Suites available at Palms Casino Resort. Running a few thousand dollars a night and up, these specialty suites are as unique as they come. The Hardwood Suite, for example, is the only suite in the world with an indoor basketball court while the Director’s Suite comes complete with anything you might need to create your next film. The Erotic Suite, outfitted in leather with a stripper pole, is sexy and suggestive, and the Barbie Suite evokes childhood fun with the pink decor.
