Monte Carlo is a hotel and casino located on the Las Vegas Strip and is owned by MGM Grand. The theme, as the name suggests, is Monte Carlo. The hotel features chandelier domes, marble floors and neoclassical arches. The resort comprises shops, a spa, fitness center, pool area, a wedding chapel and golf courts. It is a good choice for families with children as it offers an entertaining pool area. Monte Carlo lacks the typical Las Vegas feel which can be either nice or boring, depending on what you are looking for.
Monte Carlo Resort & Casino opened on June 21, 1996.
In May 2009, Monte Carlo announced a new project for the resort, called HOTEL32, which occupies the top four floors of the hotel. It comprises new high-end and exclusive penthouses and features luxury amenities such as a private lounge, butler and drivers.
The highlight of Monte Carlo Resort & Casino is the Master Magician Lance Burton, who defies gravity with its majestic show. Comedian Frank Caliendo brings laughter to Las Vegas. Zowie Bowie performs the hottest hits inside the Pub.
