Bar Masa – Japanese
Chef Masayoshi Takayama opens his first restaurant in Las Vegas and offers guests his signature Japanese cuisine. The restaurant is located near the main Registration Desk and reservations are strongly recommended.
Shaboo – Japanese
It is an intimate dining room located within Bar Masa and offers the Japanese variant of a “hot pot”. The atmosphere is exclusive and tranquil. It is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays and reservations are strongly recommended.
Sage – Contemporary American
It offers American cuisine spiced with international influences. The atmosphere is sophisticated, yet comfortable. Guests can choose among the many dishes based on seafood, farm-to-table produce and meats, as well as inspired cocktails. The restaurant is located on the Casino level, near the main Registration Desk. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Julian Serrano – Spanish
The restaurant serves interpretation of the Spanish cuisine, for both lunch and dinner. It is located on the Casino level next to the main registration and reservations are strongly recommended.
Jean Georges Steakhouse
The classical American steakhouse dishes are created in a new, stylish and contemporary way. The menu features meats and seafood from all over the world and excellent home-made sauces. The restaurant is located on the Promenade level and reservations are strongly recommended.
Sirio Ristorante – Contemporary Italian
The restaurant offers contemporary Italian dishes, served in a beautiful environment. The menu comprises traditional Italian meals, such as pastas. It is located on the Promenade level and reservations are strongly recommended.
American Fish by Michael Mina
The restaurant offers refined seafood dishes in a lodge environment. Several methods are used to cook the fish, including salt-baking, charcoal grilling, cast iron griddling, cedar plank smoking and poaching in ocean water. It is located on the Promenade level and reservations are strongly recommended.
Blossom – Classic Chinese
The restaurant’s atmosphere of a lush Chinese Garden goes hand in hand with the dishes offered here. It is located on the Casino level next to Baccarat and reservations are strongly recommended.
Union Restaurant & Lounge – American
It offers unique interpretations of the American favorite dishes. The lounge is an excellent place to some time with friends. You’ll find the restaurant and the lounge on the Casino level.
Lemongrass – Thai
It offers a modern interpretation of the Thai cuisine. Among the dishes you can find charcoal-grilled beef, poultry, pork and seafood skewers served with a variety of sauces and seasonings. The lounge near the entrance offers Asian cocktails. It is located on the Casino level adjacent to Baccarat.
Skybox Sports Bar and Grill – American
It offers classic American cuisine, right in the middle of the action. The bar is specially created for those who want a quick drink. It is located between the Race & Sports Book and Poker Room. There’s also a takeout counter, located near the Poker Room.
Café Vettro
It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual environment. It is located on the Casino level next to the guest elevators.
The Buffet
The buffet offers pretty much anything you can think of, including some exotic dishes. It is located on the Promenade level.
Breeze Café
It offers innovative, healthy and fresh gourmet cuisine. The café overlooks the beautiful pool deck and landscape. It is located poolside on the Promenade level.
Jean Philippe Patisserie
It is the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth. The menu includes freshly made crepes, gourmet sandwiches, and salads as well as pastries and chocolates. It is located on the Casino level next to the guest elevators.
Sweet Chill
It offers gourmet ice creams, sorbets, gelato, or espresso and is located on the Promenade level.
The Roasted Bean
The casual coffee bar offers a selection of specialty coffees and teas for those on the go. Pastries, danishes, sandwiches, and other desserts are also served here. It is located on the Casino level near the tram entrance.
