Several Las Vegas resorts received high honors this month as both Forbes Travel Guides (formerly Mobil Travel Guides) and AAA picked the best of the best.
Forbes Travel Guides bestowed their 2010 Four Star Award to M Resort Spa Casino. Even though the resort has only been open eight months, they’ve managed to impress the undercover judges enough to get this high ranking.
Further north on the Strip, The Venetian and The Palazzo have both been honored with AAA Five-Diamond Awards. So have the Bellagio, Skylofts at MGM Grand, The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas, along with the Ritz-Carlton Lake Las Vegas.
The Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at the Wynn, have both walked away with several major awards.
The Wynn overall received both a Forbes Four Star Award and a AAA Five-Diamond Award, with the Wynn Tower Suites getting a Forbes Five Star Award. Encore also received a Forbes Four Star Award and a AAA Five-Diamond Award, with the Encore Tower Suites getting a Forbes Five Star Award, all with only a year of operation under its belt.
Both the Wynn and Encore resort spas (Encore is pictured) were awarded Forbes Five Star Awards, as well. Only 18 spas in the world have attained this distinction this year and Vegas has two of them.
When it comes to dining, Alex was given a Forbes Five Star Award and a AAA Five-Diamond Award. Receiving AAA Four-Diamond Awards were Bartolatta Ristorante, Daniel Boulud Brasserie, Okada, SW Steakhouse and Wing Lei.
Other Vegas restaurants honored with AAA Five-Diamond Awards include Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace, Bellagio’s Picasso and Le Cirque, and Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand.
Congratulations to all these properties for being honored with these prestigious travel awards.
