B&B Ristorante – Italian
B & B Ristorante is a lovely moderately priced restaurant featuring authentic Italian cuisine. It is only open for dinner (from 5 p.m.)
Bouchon – French
Bouchon is a French bistro serving breakfast and dinner. It is moderately priced and in 2005 it received 4 wards (Best French Restaurant, Best Strip Restaurant, Best New Restaurant and Best Restaurant Overall) from the Las Vegas Life 2005 Epicurean Awards.
Canaletto – Italian
Canaletto serves both lunch and dinner. It features Italian cuisine, at reasonable prices. It opens daily at 11:30 a.m. The private rooms located upstairs offer stunning views of the Grand Canal.
David Burke – American
David Burke features innovative American cuisine. The restaurant serves only dinner and is moderately priced. It opens at 5 p.m., but the bar & lounge open earlier (at 3 p.m.)
Delmonico Steakhouse – Steakhouse
Delmonico Steakhouse features New Orleans-style cuisine and serves lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate. The restaurant was awarded “Best Steakhouse” in 2000 by Las Vegas Life.
Pinot Brasserie – French
Pinot Brasserie is a French steakhouse, with a real Parisian brasserie feel. It serves both lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate and the restaurant is under the care of the celebrity chef Joachim Splichal.

The prices are moderate and the place opens daily at 11:30 a.m. If you are looking for a mouth-watering dessert, this is the place to come. The restaurant has been awarded Best Dessert by Las Vegas Life magazine (in 2000 and 2003).
Tao – Asian

Zeffirino serves traditional Italian seafood meals for lunch and dinner. It is moderately priced. In 2000, the Las Vegas Review Journal named it the “Best Italian Restaurant”.
