There are daily departures from Toronto at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10 a.m. 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. , 2:15 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:45 p.m. (weekdays only), 4:30 p.m., 6 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 9:15 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Tickets can be bought from the Megabus Canada website . Single fares range between CAD $15.00 and CAD $23.00 , depending on the time of departure.
Greyhound Canada also runs daily buses from Toronto to Niagara Falls. The first departure is at 6 a.m. and the last at 10:45 a.m. The travel time is between 1h 10 min and 2h 10 min, depending on the bus and hour of departure.
The web only adult fare is CAD $21.15 one way.
You can rent a car and drive the 137 km between Toronto and Niagara Falls. It should take about 1h 40 min and you’ll be rewarded with lovely view along this particular route (Queen Elisabeth Way).
